This project aims to establish an Apple-funded cultural center that is open to both the company and the wider community. It represents a private enterprise’s initiative to give back to the city by supporting the arts and promoting local culture, with a strong commitment to architectural excellence. The center will also function as a community hub, providing residents with opportunities to engage in diverse activities and gatherings that foster social interaction. The project includes a comprehensive site strategy and has now progressed to its second phase: the design of a linear library.
