Floreo Hub is a home away from home — a dynamic environment designed to foster safety and empowerment within the young people of Toxteth, Liverpool. It aims to reimagine the traditional youth zone, forming a second home for the youth of Toxteth that is not only vibrant and expressive but also offers a safe and nurturing space that supports their well-being and mental health. The home-like design is centred around a garden and shared kitchen, encouraging young people to grow, cook, and share meals as a community, fostering strong bonds, skill-building, and self-sufficiency. The surrounding landscape is designed to create three distinct environments — a calm garden for growing and reflection, an open green space for energy and play, and a walkway that invites movement, connection, and curiosity as it links the wider city with the site. Floreo Hub is more than a building — it’s a space where young lives take root, are supported, and are set in motion.
