In the village of Mulazzo, an abandoned building stands waiting to be reintroduced into the community. I have proposed to develop a heritage food centre selling freshly made, local food alongside an immersive journey, allowing you to experience the olive oil making process that is a passed-down tradition from generation to generation. ‘Tradizione da Portare con te’ means tradition to take with you, summarising my project in terms of both physical food and the knowledge of Mulazzo’s heritage.
