Nestled in the historic town of Mulazzo in Tuscany’s Lunigiana region, this project transforms a derelict residential building and its adjacent piazza (with an existing cellar) into a vibrant wine hub. The refurbished structure will host a wine heritage centre that guides visitors through every step of vinification, from vineyard to barrel to glass, while an upstairs wine bar will pair on-site bottlings with select local labels.

By showcasing traditional wine making, boosting nearby producers, and weaving in a new accessibility-focused urban strategy, the scheme will revitalize Mulazzo’s economy, draw visitors, and enhance connectivity for both residents and tourists
